Does anyone still use elastic headbands for TCD and if so, where do you get them from?

Hi Tim,
We still use the elastic headbands, we used to order them from SciMed we have a few left but need to order more soon.
SciMed have been taken over by Viasys Healthcare and I dont know anyting about their headbands.
If you find any alternatives would you let us know ?

They are very expensive to buy, seems like over £100 for 5.
